You need to do this in ARENA SOFTWARE

Select any part of Amazon's process and make a complete simulation (including animation).

Examples are 1) a Broad picture of the Delivery system, 2) the Returns process, 3) Last-mile

deliveries, 4) the Warehouse picking system, etc.

Students select one part and will do the simulation assuming ALL they need (arrivals,

services, routes, etc...). Run appropriate statistics. Please search on the web to get more

information about the part of the process you are working on; outputs must be credible and

associated with actual times (I am assuming that you, as final users, know something about

the process and delivery times)
