You have recently started a new job in the HR department and a big board meeting is coming

up. This strategic meeting brings together the heads of the various departments such as

Finance, Marketing, Operations and Logistics.

You are aware that, within the organisation, HRM is perceived as being a business function

that does not directly contribute to the financial success of the organisation and, as such, is

not considered "an important business function". Having just completed a module in HRM at

University, you are able to demonstrate the importance of HRM based on current facts and

academic theory.

You want to create a document that conveys highly relevant information in a captive manner.

Instead of a typical PowerPoint presentation, you had the idea of summarising all essential

information on a poster in the form of an infographic.
