What types of findings might convince you that the need is real and something you can address? Are there any findings that might prove that your solution (technology) might not be needed or helpful?

The findings which can convince me that the need is real is if there is a clear pattern of enthusiasm from the community but there is a lack of infrastructure or technology to support them, that is people are willing to prioritize education for their children and are not afraid of technology. Such findings will tell me that people are willing to be open minded and would not act as a hurdle in our efforts to provide quality education. The findings which can discourage me or convince me otherwise are the lack of enthusiasm towards education or lack of enthusiasm towards technology as a solution. It is so because in such cases people will not encourage or allow their children to use technology and our efforts and funds would not provide good results. Consider this; Would one spend funds in places for education where people may not allow their children to study or consider technology as a distraction?Instead,one would be better off spending funds at places where people are aware about the changes which education through technology can bring in their lives.
