The aim of the assessment is to provide you with an opportunity to critically reflect and articulate on your learning from

this unit. Specifically, how your increased understanding of cultural values, beliefs, and variables, from both internal and

external perspectives, may influence how you consider managerial work in the global environment.

There are three components to Assessment 1:
