MATERIAL: Walnut, American Black,

hardwood

FINISH: Solid wood, with oil-based

polyurethane coating

FABRICATION: Once wood is measured and

cut, the panels are assembled together.

Panels are assembled with glue and dowel

joints. Panels are clamped to dry and then

screws secure the joint sites.

INSTALLATION: Heavy bookcases should be

anchored to the wall to fix it in place to

prevent it from tipping over and causing injury.

L-brackets should be used to secure the

bookshelf to wall studs. Lag screws and wood

screws will be need to secure the bookshelf

to the anchors and the anchors to the studs.

MAINTENANCE: Since the American black

walnut wood is finished with an oil-based

polyurethane, clean wood with a clean, damp

cloth regularly. This durable wood makes for a

timeless piece.
