5. Vapor flows through a chamber containing a liquid

at 100°C. A control system will regulate the vapor

temperature, so a measurement must be provided to

convert 40°C to 90°C into 0 to 4 V. Use an RTD sensor.

The RTD will output over the 50°C range will be

substantially linear. The RTD specifications are: Rat

60°℃ = 1500, a at 60°C = 0.004/°C, PD = 30mW/°C.

The error should not exceed ±1°C. Design the system

with op amps and a bridge circuit similar to the class

lecture and notes. Assume the power supply is 5 V.
